Jesus's words, Matthew 19:21. Also "sell all that thou hast, and distribute unto the poor." Luke 18:22. Of course this is only binding on Bible-believing Christians. Note how cleverly Jesus slipped in the exemption for Presidential Candidates, Popes, and Cardinals.
