Slight typo, it's "Honk iff you love formal logic". The "iff" stands for "if and only if", and (naturally) is a phrase used so much in formal logic, it got its own abbreviation.
Thanks, I've changed "IF" to "IFF"-I actually knew better, but wasn't careful enough.
